There is just something about Noblejas around midnight here that, when it's seen at all, always has this kind of slow flat fading profile.

Of course it's a small miracle that I get any audio at all. When the plasma TV comes on it produces has an intermittent 4 kHz pulse right at 9780 kHz, and there's a constantly squiggle of interference that slowly crosses through 9780 kHz. At the time I took the screenshot, it's to the right and thankfully outside of the DRM signal.
